Preparation …

1) Add 10 ML of DaVinci Pistachio Sauce, use it to garnish the bottom of the cup until below logo.
2) Pour 40 ML of DaVinci Pistachio Sauce into shaker.
3) Add ice 150 GM direct in to shaker, (ice must be without water, big pcs).
4) Pour 170 ML cold full fat milk into shaker.
5) Pour 35 ML espresso in the top of pistachio mix.
6) Use 16oz cold cup, Serve the drink with straw and napkin, Barista must don`t mix the drink to keep the layers shape.
7) Advise the guest to mix it with straw.
